This group training program allows you to join in the fun on a Pay As You Go basis.

What is Bootcamp ?

These sessions are open to members and non members alike. The focus is on fitness, fat loss & improving strength.  Every session is different but fun is guaranteed. We focus on getting you fit, healthy & strong while helping you to shift body fat. These sessions are highly metabolic, using methods that are proven to help burn fat and improve cardiovascular endurance.

 

We offer a PAYG option or as a pack of 6.
